These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dusk and Drape website at duskanddrape.com and any purchase you make from us. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Dusk and Drape sells curtains, drapes and related home textiles. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform that lets us offer our products and services to you.

3. Products and colors

We make every effort to describe our products accurately and to display colors as faithfully as possible. Because screens and lighting vary, and because textiles can differ slightly between production batches, the color, texture and measurements of the item you receive may vary slightly from the images and descriptions on our site. Sizes are listed as width by height, and small variations in finished measurements are normal for sewn textiles.

4. Pricing and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars and include shipping. Prices, products and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners, and we do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds
